St. Mary's Regional Medical Center seeks a Physician Assistant to join our dedicated neurosurgical team. St. Mary's Regional Medical Center is a 233-bed acute care facility combining the best of medical technology and human compassion to meet the needs of the greater Androscoggin County community. The Physician Assistant is an essential member of the Patient Care Team, who is responsible for providing high quality medical care and distinguished service to patients and families. Candidates must have successfully completed an approved AMA and accredited PA program, possess an active State of Maine Physician Assistant license, BLS/ACLS certification, 2 to 5 years of neurosurgical experience, including pre and post neurosurgical evaluation, on-call rotations, first assist neurosurgical cases, rounding on hospital patients, a passion for patient education, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient computer skills, and electronic medical record charting experience.
